1. In the event an item received is defective or an incorrect item has been sent to you, please notify us (with pictures) and ensure parcel is mailed safely back to us (within 7 working days for local orders and 14 working days for international orders) before an exchange can take place.
2. Do note that item has to be in its original condition (unworn/unwashed/unscented).
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
3. A 1-to1 exchange will be done for defected item if still in stock. If item is out of stock, store credits or exchange to another item will be provided. There will strictly be no refunds.
4. Please allow 1-3 working days for exchange item to be processed/mailed out upon receipt.
5. Sale items cannot be returned/exchanged.
